Phil Mammolito is a senior hospitality business broker, Shareholder and Director at CRE Brokers, bringing decades of hands-on experience as both an operator and adviser in the tourism and leisure sector.
Before moving into business broking, Phil owned and operated a wide range of hospitality assets including hotels, motels, accommodation venues, restaurants and service stations. After selling his own businesses, he joined CRE Brokers more than 15 years ago, driven by a desire to help others navigate the same process with clarity, speed and confidence.
Based in Melbourne and operating primarily across Victoria, Phil specialises in the sale of motels, hotels, pubs and caravan parks. His operational background sets him apart — he understands staffing, systems, yields and the day-to-day realities of running hospitality businesses, not just the transaction itself.
