Void in Ringwood has undergone a major transformation. During Covid when things were not going too well the vendor combined with the landlord to build and then after Covid launch one of the most dynamic venues in Melbourne. The entrance is off Maroondah Highway and after checking in you head in to a cavernous club with an outstanding light and sound system. Still on this level, but up above the main dance floor, stairs lead up to a private lounge that looks out across the venue. Next to it is the venue office.
Void has a Late Night On Premises license with a large capacity of 620 till 5am. There are eight years left on the lease made up of 3+8 with the landlord wiling to negotiate extra terms. Rent including GST is $2600 a week. Not bad for such a big venue. There is an extensive fixture and fitting list. The vendor will also transfer all IP and promoter nights, guest lists etc to give any new owner a head start.
Void has now been created and is doing well, so the owners wish to now step back and hand the reigns over to someone else to keep things moving forward. Void suits an experienced owner operator or group that understand the night club scene.
