Kevin Connolly
Director, Licensed Estate Agent & Valuer
Kevin commenced his real estate career as a Licensed Valuer in 1972 and established Connolly Real Estate in 1982. In 2003, following his brother Peter joining the company in 1999, the company name was changed to CRE Brokers. Kevin's focus, both as an agent and valuer, has been on major projects, particularly in the tourism and hospitality field. Kevin, as a specialist valuer and member of the Australian Property Institute, is called upon by financial institutions to provide valuations of tourism and hospitality properties and businesses, and often to act as determining valuer in market rental disputes.
Peter Connolly
Director, REIV Accredited Business Broker
Peter commenced his extensive career in sales of hospitality and tourism related properties and businesses in 1983. He has assisted with government enquiries into the tourism accommodation industry; been a REIV Business Agents committee member; been a committee member of the Hotels and Motels Association of Victoria; owned and operated a large (80 unit) motel in Melbourne; and has provided advice to a number of financial institutions in relation to tourism properties. Peter joined forces with his brother Kevin in 1999.

Daniel Pinczuk

Daniel has almost a decade's experience as an owner operator of a tourist holiday park, a Bayside eatery and food store. Daniel joined CRE Brokers in 2003 and since then has consistently proven to clients how important it is to have "hands on" experience when advising them on buying or selling a business.

Patrick Connolly

Since 2004, Patrick has been helping people get the best price for their freehold hotel or business. Outgoing and confident, Patrick also manages CRE Brokers' advertising and promotions. Patrick is a member of the Hotel Brokers Association and the AHA.

Marc Barry

A keen Hawthorn Football Club supporter, Marc joined CRE Brokers in 2003. Marc has more than thirty years experience in real estate, particularly the hotel industry, including running his own franchise in Melbourne's eastern suburbs and selling hotels throughout Victoria and New South Wales.

Karen Anne Pinczuk

Karen Anne joined CRE Brokers in early 2004 having run a successful caravan park (leasehold business) for more than six years. She also handled the operational duties at her parents' motel and caravan park for many years, which has proven to be a great help to her clients as they buy and sell their businesses.

Chris Trickey

Chris joined CRE Brokers in 2003 and has more than thirty years experience in the real estate industry, including growing his own three-man real estate business to one with four offices on the Mornington Peninsula. Grant Davies

Grant joined CRE Brokers in 2007 with considerable professional sales and management expertise and experience in the retail sector including an award for the Number One Supplier of the Year, which earned him a trip to the US. Grant assists buyers and sellers of motels, caravan parks, making good use of his effective communication skills.

Caile Ditterich

A newcomer to CRE Brokers, Caile brings with him considerable success in owning and operating hotels throughout country Victoria. Adding to this rural experience, Caile has also run a cereal cropping and cattle farm and managed a grape-growing operation in northern Victoria.
Tamara Noll
Office Manager
When Tamara joined CRE Brokers in 2004 with a background in the hospitality industry, she brought with her the beneficial skills of being organised, punctual and thorough. This ensures the day to day operations of the company, including the accounts and payroll are managed efficiently. With further studies, Tamara aims to qualify as an accountant.
Sarton O'Brien
Systems Administrator
With interests including adventure sports and the more obvious online gaming, Sarton is responsible for CRE Brokers' IT presence, infrastructure and support. Sarton joined the company in 2007 and as its only IT-related employee, can utilise all his skills in www/database development and administration, using a host of languages in which he is proficient.
Christie Coutsis
Receptionist, typist
Since joining CRE Brokers in 2007, Christie has demonstrated her expertise at handling phone calls and providing information to potential buyers and sellers. Her previous hospitality experience comes in useful when dealing with people in person and on the phone. Christie has certificates in Business and Design.
